After 90 days and on an annual basis for the employees that do their job safely and show up for work.
Every 6 months
They don’t give the raises when they say they are going to. They stall for years telling you when they are supposed to happen, then they tell you when that time comes that it is at a different time. And then when that time comes they refer to the first time. They thrive on ripping off their employees. Even when you get a few cents, it takes months and sometimes over a year to get it. Moral is extremely low along with the pay. This place to work is more of a hobby than a way to make it through life. All they care about is keeping their money to monopolize and buy up all the other FBOs across the nation. Very high turnover.
Annually or after 90 days of employment.
