As soon as I log in we go thru the handover, and see the new tickets that were created on the previous shift, any dispatches set up for the current day, issues on the network. We then prioritize what needs to be done first while monitoring the network, if there's a conference bridge call set up one of us takes care of that dispatch and the other agent - more ... updates tickets, monitors the network and takes calls.
