Depends on what department you are in. If you are in Marketing or Corporate you don't even have to come to work or simply use the "working from home" (taking a nap) excuse. For people expected to come to work you will get 5 days. Should you get ill, short-term and long-term benefits are horrible.

They provide some decent benefits. Guessing average for employers. 5 sick days. 11 holidays. I had 5 weeks vacation when I was let go which is good. If you like being on the bleeding edge of multiple technologies and thrive under constant pressure Avid is a great fit. Not for everyone but I enjoyed it.
