Sales Rep
Women's Health Specialist (Current Employee) –  New York, NYApril 10, 2018
There is a reason why the turnover is so high. This company is a Ponzi scheme. They have you selling branded but when the rx doesn't go thru it goes to their own generic which you don't get compensated for. If I could rate thus company with zero stars I would. Don't work here.
Pros
Good access money
Cons
Low pay, abusive upper management, high turnover

The company is not managed well.
Goals are not attainable or adjusted to the accordance of the market.
The slander and belittlement of upper management to employees is bad.

Poor management and terrible call plan
Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (Current Employee) –  Austin, TXFebruary 6, 2018
The management from the top C- level executives is disgusting. Not only do they have a terrible training program, but they don't train you properly on things that are a lot more important in the field. When you ask for help- they make you feel stupid.

Difficult products to manage; too many samples
Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist/Trainer (Former Employee) –  Columbus, OHSeptember 9, 2016
Management not focused on sales; more on leaving large quantities of samples; IC program never paid out. Managers were great, but direction of company was limited. Products not covered on insurance plans.

Good Company to start out with in Pharma. Company has a lot of potential to grow and opportunity. DM are great people to work for and with. The overall systems need improvement and need to be invested in. The products are the best in class, which makes a professionals selling approach very strong.

Small Company with opportunity to grow

Products are not what doctors are looking to prescribe and if they do, they are not covered by insurances. A positive is that you never hear from your manager.
