Overall pretty good company to work for especially if you enjoy driving cars
Written by Auto Porter (Former Employee) from Toledo, OH on May 13, 2019
AWC is an alright company to work for some real good people works there but management expects too much out of you talking about making quotas. Bad workplace for the winter time cuz it's all outside work every every 60 days the cars are washed off with a power washer power washers don't go in until November but overall it's a real good place to work. - more...
Pros
A lot of company cookouts, the company provides coolers of cold water in the summertime when it is real hot outside
Cons
The point system is real messed up no FMLA and I notice some people got favoritism over other people
