I had good experiences with my co workers and management. Family oriented company that cares about its employees. Employee owned company with incentives.

I enjoyed my almost six months here but was laid off as the rates started to rise. I really didn’t see it coming and was disappointed as I had been recruited by them to move from my former employer. I might still be employed if I’d stayed with the former employer!

Sales Manager in Palm Desert, CA
on July 16, 2019

The group of employees surrounding me, processor and other LO's, were great to work with. Direct Management was constantly telling you what they were going to do and it never happened. Culture is that underwriters are always right even when they were wrong. Underwriting Manager at time I was there was the worst underwriting manager I have ever worked with. Upper management did not manage lower management or make them accountable. That was my observation.

Needs improvement.

Like any buys company, sometimes processes need to be reviewed and corrected. That is all I can say. Otherwise, it was a fine place.

on May 17, 2019

My schedule and manager are very flexible. My manager and I have a good report and she tries to train me on my next stop but the training is limited.

I do enjoy the team I am on but it is a very repetitive day. I read emails, work with my loan originators on daily tasks and work with borrowers for their home loans.
