They will tell you it's all wonderful then get their corporate claws in you. Get everything in writing upfront at the interview, you will regret it if you don't.

Don't even interview. Read all the reviews on this site. None iof them is mine yet. I was surprised that it is the same 'wherever' they are located.....has to come from the CEO/President . Former employees who have advanced into managerial positions become different people. They choose favorite people and ask them to 'report' mistakes back to them. They probably are concerned about their own retention in what feels like a poorly managed company.

Their management is in a state of confusion. They are not sure how to run the company and becoming top heavy- too many chiefs and not enough workers. The bottom line is their focus and not the patient. Employees are asked to do way more than their job and are not appreciated for doing so.

Make sure you ask them to clarify the specific needs of that department as they do not seem to have a clear handle on their business model.
