I would agree with another reviewer who said the following:

"Recognize that you need lawyers involved in business development and lawyers are your asset, not a liability. Many of the junior staff do not even understand the types of legal practice and specialties they are trying to recruit for, but they try to hide it behind "MBA-like" speak and "sell" the lawyers who are desperate enough to remain in their pool."

Unless there is a huge turn-around with the business development group, Axiom will stagnate or die a slow death.

Also, the communication with the "pool attorneys" is so poor and that failure leads to more missed opportunities for both Axiom and the "pool attorneys."
