Unorganized Warehouse inside of a storage location
Delivery Driver Imperfect (Former Employee) – Berkeley, CA – September 24, 2018
Stressful job but good pay ! Sometimes when the volume of deliveries skyrocket high or there is a lot of routes. sometimes they are not loaded into the van and we personally have to do another person job double the work let alone more time finding the route and loading our vans with no help from the group that loads the vans .. the place is unorganized and ONLY want specific type of race to be worked or Given a route .. unfair !
compensation of gas, working van
No break, lack of teamwork, Route last about 10-12 hours depending how is skills are and quick he is, managers in business have favorites and make working unfair, threats of being deactivated for not doing what is told, use of bad language when calling dispatch for help
Driver (Former Employee) – Phoenix, AZ – December 4, 2018
I’m not going to sit here and bash but the management in Phoenix office is absolutely horrible! They deactivated my account because I couldn’t drive because I was in the hospital with diabetic problems. Not professional at all to deactivate workers because of health issues. Especially when your considered a independent contractor! You work for yourself!
Route Driver (Current Employee) – Los Angeles, CA – September 13, 2017
Great place to work. Its a delivery job and there is multiple shifts with flexibility. There is different clients and some clients are hourly and some based per route (hourly $20) (per route $70-$80). Its on a come first basis so you need to be there early to get a route sometimes there is a lot of inventory and sometimes there isn't so to secure a route you need to be there early. You use your own vehicle and smartphone. Gas and miles and not compensated. Easy going staff easy to work for and easy to get a long with.
Operations Innovation Project Associate (Former Employee) – San Francisco, CA – June 5, 2017
Great team, loved working there feels like a team and family. The work can be overwhelming but that is the life of a start up. The logistic industry has been the same for the past 20 years. This company is really changing it.
