Clinical Research Manager
Candidate for Research Manager (Former Employee) –  Gainesville, FLMay 24, 2018
I had 2 contacts that worked there, both eager to get me on board and scheduled interviews. Both times the interviewer (manager/director) did not show, did not reply to my emails or phone calls to reschedule.

This position has been open for over 2 years. Been contacted by dozens of recruiters for this opening. The great reviews are most like astroturf (fake).

not a great place for a new employee to work.
former employee (Former Employee) –  TexasNovember 1, 2017
Management was Ok but the employees need to be put in check. Some of them have a feeling that nothing can happen to them and because of that they do and say whatever they want to and to you ever they want. There is not punishment for their actions so they do not need to change. If you can get into their click then you will be ok if not then you need to watch out because they will make your life there a living nightmare.

Product Development Intern (Former Employee) –  Alachua, FLOctober 18, 2017
I gained valuable engineering experience while feeling like I was positively contributing to the company. It is very easy to talk to anyone there when you have questions and work days are very balanced.

Fascinating technology, very talented people, engaging projects. Exciting to work with a break through product. Great company culture - challenges you to go above and beyond.

Unorganized
Lab (Former Employee) –  Dayton, OHFebruary 25, 2017
Management is horrible in that for such a small company it is poorly ran. On any given day no one seems to know what is going on. Management is continuously late everyday which leaves staff wondering what to do . The turnover rate is horrific, as once people discover how poorly ram things are they leave. The people that don't leave on their own are ousted because they don't want to be involved in clicks, like those from the high school days. It's like a big popularity contest where if management likes you , then people can get away with doing just the bare minimum while everyone else is expected to follow every procedure and every process. The organization performs good work but very poorly managed.
Pros
Small organization, a chance to learn new things.
Cons
Poor compensation, poor unprofessional environment, and poorly managed.

Huh?!
Area Manager (Former Employee) –  Refuse to answer (dates are fictitious)June 1, 2014
Stated they were working in a $2B market yet hadn't even had $1m in sales after nearly 10 years?! Something's not right.

Totally over-estimate their market potential.

Very contentious work environment. A lot of pressure.
Pros
Fantastic technology, really can help a lot of people
Cons
No one cares

Productive and a great place to work at the time.
Quality Assurance/Regulatory Affairs Specialist (Former Employee) –  Alachua, FLSeptember 7, 2013
Small start-up company at the time, has merged and now traded on Nasdaq. Fast pace, but great teamwork all around. Learned more of the world of Medical Devices, documentation needed, etc. Great direct supervisor, etc.
Pros
Open work times, we get it done as long or as short of a time it took
Cons
Small start-up company, work on edge just a little.
