The residents of Aztec healthcare are all lovely people and you can learn so much from them and have a good laugh so it’s sad for me to go but I and a few others had a disagreement with management and ending up leaving

Walking in everyone’s friendly and helpful

Staff is always friendly. I felt like family the day I walked into the building. People are positive and always willing to help you out. You can always ask if you’re to stretched out. Same staff for a while now even though the company has changed

Progressing with change

Facility seems to be growing and getting better. Due to low staffing we struggle on the floor some days but hopefully that improves. I am enjoying learning and growing.

Don't work for the company

Wouldn't work for them again However the residents are great to be around and enjoyed that part of the job.Need new management update building treat the employees with respect and dignity.

Horrible place to work

Horrible place to work tons of abuse and neglect and if you take the time to care everyone looks down on you. Most the staff is mean as d unappreciated of anything you do.
