I was making $10/hour. I took their med passing class and the Mosaic course and got a 50 cent raise for it. So I now make $10.50 for only being there less than a month. With more room for raises, I definitely think it’s worth it!

To much money to rent great ppl caring but management is terrible The pay is on the directors not company pay... ED makes you work in a different facility w/o asking of its ok or not! having to do 2in 1 Cook and Do cares!!! that's so crazy..

9.25 not worth it not even when you work OT everything is taken out. There's to much favoritism always get told if we pick up a shift or come in on your days/weekends off you will get Azura bulks / and also for moving residents / packing. HAVEN'T SEEN NOTHING... US AS CAREGIVERS WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO AT LEAST START AT 10.25. TO MUCH RESPONSIBILITY TO DEAL WITH ON TOP DEAL WITH PEOPLE THAT DON'T DO NOTHING AMD STILL GET AWARD AND GET CREDIT.. NOT BUENO!!!

9.00, 9.50 if you're working 3rd shift. If they want to keep GOOD workers, they need to reevaluate the pay.

9.00/hour. Even when you take the required trainings, you wait months for your raise. Very cheap company.

Report answer

If Azura wishes to hire and retain employees rather than have a revolving door, they need to pay more than $9.00 an hour. It is most certainly insulting. They are a pretty cheap company. Getting a raise is like pulling teeth and the benefits are terrible as well.

Started out at $9.00 hr which is an insult to the amount of work you are assigned. If it weren't for the $2.00 pay increase, I surely would have resigned.
