Beautiful grounds located in Sebastopol, CA. Management does not support all employees. When you ask for help or raise a question about an issue concerning job safety, you are reprimanded. I worked in the financial department and many times I was besieged by unstable clients and was fearful for my safety. There was no support from management, so I left to ensure my safety.

Management uses people here clients and employees for the company's advancement only. No help to better one's self or get support to learn the job duties. People get fired and have no idea why. Low pay. Hierarchy like them and us. Very disturbing work environment.

Azure Acres is a amazing place to work! Wonderful CEO and Clinical Director accessible ,training provided, family oriented culture! There is room for growth within company and free schooling to help support future AOD counselors who are trying to get certified! Apply and change your life for the better !

I love it here so much that i moved my entire family to Santa Rosa in order to be able to get to Azure quickly. My supervisor is awesome. My co-workers are awesome. We are client-centered and innovative. There is clear Policies and Procedures and a hands-on 6 week training program set up for people in the field to start as Behavioral Health Techs and work their way up to Counselor and Case Manager. People are walked through the entire process of CCAPP registration and AOD school and then provided practicum hours in order to be Certified. Currently we have an CCAPP approved 1 year AOD school at one of our sister facilities in Santa Cruz provided for 0 dollars to interested employees. THIS is unheard of in the field.
