About us
B & D Integrated Health Services is owned and operated by Lauren Durant, PhD, a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Addictionologist. Dr. Durant was trained at Duke University Medical Center in Behavioral Medicine and Evidence Based Treatments. B & D began in 2005 under the name B & D Behavioral Health Services with two divisions-- Outpatient Services – more... (med management/ individual therapy) and community based services. The vision of B & D was to gradually and systematically expand services to make our company a “one-stop-shop” for evidence-based behavioral health services. Today, B & D has a full array of services housed in a 12,000 sq ft office suite which includes integrated primary care, individual and group therapies, medication management, Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program (SAIOP), Buprenorphine Treatment, Community Support Team (CST), Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT), Intensive In-Home (IIH), and Peer Support Services (PSS). – less

this palce will send you into a mental health crises yourself. There are is a lot of pressured services. Pushes to embellish on paper work to justify services.

Busy...always something to do. Have to incorporate balance or you will easily be burnt out. It's easy to get ran over by the culture in the office. You have to do or die as cliche as that sounds.
