The best time to get hired would be in December, because if you are hired in January for example you will receive 0 vacation days until the following January; (well we always done it that way hahaha). Ankeny Ia

B and G rely way too much on their temps. Which they go thru about 50 a week. Maybe 20 stay. You are not taught anything. If you learn, its by observation . And most temps, don't care about quality. Period. As long as they get their hourly wage, most are content to just stand there and watch the person next to them work themselves stupid. So, this falls on poor management . If they hired fulltime, had close knit line groups, that had a specific job, but could do most positions on the line, quality would excel!!. But, I'm not the one crunching the numbers. Training consists of a combination of throwing **it at the wall and see if it sticks, and the sink or swim methods, new employees on the lines (and everywhere else) are told nothing by their coworkers, ('well we always done it that way' hahaha)

They will probably end up shutting this ancient place down,Horrible care of the building. I have never seen a worse parking lot for employees.
