Great Place

QE (Current Employee) - Kendallville - January 24, 2023

They treat the employees very well. Benefits are average. Pay is competitive. Vacations are now above average with 1 week at 6 months 2 weeks years 2-4, 3 weeks years 5-7 and 4 weeks at year 8. All around great place to work.

its a good place to work for with decent pay As a machinist you set your own tooling, pick up your fixture or part and run your machine. whats nice is you do everything your self so your not waiting or watching someone else do your job.

Good work environment if you are an experienced CNA and are able work at a fast pace. Flexible work schedule. If you are a great CNA the facility will request you more often which will give you choices where you want to work. It’s not always easy, most times you don’t get to choose. It’s what’s available on the days your want work.

This company is rapidly growing, adding management and production staff as well as making continuous improvements. The work environment is friendly, clean and relaxed. Management fosters an environment of openness and taking ownership and pride in your job. Employees pay and benefits are very good for the area and good job performance is rewarded. As with any company that is making medical products that go in the human body the jobs takes a certain amount of skill, attentiveness and motivation to do the right thing. The best part of working here, and in this industry, is knowing that the products you make everyday are going to help alleviate pain and improve many peoples quality of life.

I've been here it will be 2 years February 1st and i have been blessed daily with my job. I never wake up and feel not excited to get up and come into my job. I love what i do and the people i work with!

Swiss Machinist

Swiss machinist (Former Employee) - Kendalltucky, IN - March 29, 2019

If you want to be a grunt nobody that doesn't learn anything new and if you love to run 5 Swiss machines at a time, while only making very low pay while the company makes a ridiculous amount of money at your expense, then this is the place for you. No management feedback or guidance WHATSOEVER at all. You could spend all day in the bathroom and they would never even notice. Trust me, a couple guys do it already. No reviews to get any idea how your doing or how to advance. It's basically a hillbilly heaven run shop. If u do get hired and they promise you more money after a certain time frame, get that in writing or they will not honor their word. The swiss lead is a backstabbing, lying, dishonest person who will throw you under the bus and run you over, then back up and do it again.

Pros

Nice lunchroom.

Cons

Everything except the Lunchroom was nice.

If you're looking for a job that allows you to get the job done without someone looking over your shoulder this is it. As long as you stay on task you won't be bothered.
