Phelbotomist (Former Employee) –  Cherry Hill, NJJune 5, 2018
Always fast paced and upbeat. Meet lots of new people and every day is different in a good way. When it's busy the time flies by so we look forward to those times. Pays much better than the other plasma centers near by! would recommend

Worst job ever!!!
Receptionist (Former Employee) –  Cherry Hill, NJSeptember 19, 2018
Upper Management all friends and family. Poor work ethics, long hours under paid. Managers are very unprofessional and are only worried about their well being. The HR department is very rude and also very unprofessional. Turn over rate is bad they go though employees like water in the short time I was there I seen at least 50 plus people come and go (and that is no joke) If you have any respect for yourself Do Not Work here.

Look Elsewhere, not worth the stress
LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) (Former Employee) –  Glassboro, NJNovember 22, 2018
Short staffed all the time. 5 managers and none of them communicate. You got phlebotomists who are in charge of the site , tell you it’s the nurses decision and then go behind your back and overrule nurses decision. You got people
In marketing who make nursing decisions, how can that be? If you value your nursing license or value yourself , you should look elsewhere. They try training people in every aspect of the operation (ofcoirse they don’t compensate for that) because they are always shirt staffed. Site manager does not know how to keep a full schedule or handle the employees who run rampid and become obnoxious on the regular. Favoritism at its best here at B Negative. Like I said stay away. If you can deal with all that , prepare yourself to deal with the donors who are ignorant, disrespectful and ungrateful. Look elsewhere.
Pros
Decent pay for nurses
Cons
Everything

Management is a joke!
Medical Assistant (Current Employee) –  Glassboro, NJOctober 17, 2018
Very unprofessional. Hard workers are not respected but neglected. Upper management is very unprofessional. They hire who they know and knowledge poor workers. Underpaid for the work and hours. They could careless about the employees. Only positive is you are able to move up quick which does not last long because the turnover rate is ridiculous!!! Building/top manager has no control.
