The day starts with daily inspections and assigning mechanics to there schedules of the day. Being flexible and ready to respond to any emergency calls. Our multi cultural staff has taught me that communication in different languages is not a barrier unless you make it one. Management sometimes tend to not respond to what our actual needs are to - more... complete assigned work. The hardest part of the job was being without full staff for three years and still meeting expectations. The most enjoyable part of the job is working with guys who love to help each other out. - less
