Traumatizing. Work one day gone the next day without reason. Not fair.
Mercy hospital in Chicago Employee (Former Employee) – Chicago illinois – November 25, 2017
Does not stand up for employee if hosp does not like employee. Will terminate without a fair trial or support severance. Hospital has all the say and are sneaky not honest to employee. Smile and friendly then stab in the back the BESmith followed by a phone call from them that you are terminated. No being able to confront your accusers or stand up for yourself. Termination by all parts and am told that they need to protect the hospital because the hospital is where the money comes from. So if you like to not feel secure or backed then take a job with them but know that you can be termed and cut at a moments notice with no protection.
STERILE PROCESSING EDUCATOR (INTERIM) CONSULTANT (Former Employee) – Flagstaff, AZ – June 27, 2019
My day would start with training new staff and new supervisor's, completing competencies after education and training was complete. The upper leadership at this facility was great just awesome. The culture was a family friendly environment. The staff was excited about the new changes in the department and their education.
