Taking on a task to get a job dome at hand. You'll never please everyone so just do the best you can and everything will work itself out. Management is rough at times but you feel real good when a job gets done and no one gets hurt that's when you give the employees a good pat on the back for during a good job. It's good to meet difference people from diversity cultures. Is relocating people once they start a job task it just get the employee upset. The most enjoyable part of the job is seeing everyone going home safe from a hard days work.

the company need to be forward thinking. they do layoffs to much because of the frailer to forward thinking instead of making shear there is work or see that the government contrates should not be the only thing they look out for.
