Flexible--No Micromanaging
PREMIUM RECEIVABLES TEAM LEAD ANALYST (Current Employee) –  Washington, DCSeptember 6, 2017
For our contract, it is imperative that you can multitask and ensure deadlines are met. However, there is minimal micromanaging, so everyone is accountable for their own work. The hours are very flexible; as long as you work 40hours within the business hours of 7:00am-7:00pm. The contract is very diverse and encourages team interaction.
Pros
Company discounts, work flexibility
Cons
No interaction wtih other BAE employees/teams, I&S Sector is small in comparison to other BAE Sectors

A good job
Program Manager I (Former Employee) –  Fort Worth, TXAugust 28, 2017
Overall a good job, but there is not much career advancement for someone with over 10 years of experience. The pay and benefits are very good, as well as the paid time off and other benfits.
Pros
Benefits and pay
Cons
Career advancement

Taking on a task to get a job dome at hand. You'll never please everyone so just do the best you can and everything will work itself out. Management is rough at times but you feel real good when a job gets done and no one gets hurt that's when you give the employees a good pat on the back for during a good job. It's good to meet difference people from diversity cultures. Is relocating people once they start a job task it just get the employee upset. The most enjoyable part of the job is seeing everyone going home safe from a hard days work.

the company need to be forward thinking. they do layoffs to much because of the frailer to forward thinking instead of making shear there is work or see that the government contrates should not be the only thing they look out for.
