When I started, it was a great 9/80. I felt slightly underpaid for what I did, but had a great work life balance so it was okay. Increasingly, the expectation began to work like 70 hours a week, and the "incentive" was that you might be able to go home after only 50 hours or so if things went well. No overtime or incentives for employees doing the work was offered, although hardworking and successful employees could get "rewarded" by having to spend more hours doing even more work, because they can do it and it needs to get done!

Very early, but got used to it. M-F 7-3, all holidays off. OT when needed, but never more than 3-4 in a day

I would usually work 10 hours a day and 4 hours on some Fridays.

Hours are flexible. Most people come in at various times, unless you work in the manufacturing area, there is not a set time to start work.
