The best thing about this company is the flexible schedule. You receive a file to transcribe, and you have approximately 20 or so hrs to get it done. The pay is way below minimum wage, no matter how you look at it. It’s $0.45 per audio minute, whether that file takes you 4 hrs or 12 hrs. the schedule is flexible but the pay could be better but the bright side is you get to make your own schedule and move at your own pace the pay is weekly which is also good

Work is flexible and remote. The team is great. Pay is weak. It’s .45 per audio minute, but a 30 min audio file could take 4 hours. I wish it paid more because I love the work!

If you're looking to make a lot, look elsewhere. If you want to do rewarding work completely on your schedule to make a couple of extra bucks, this is great. The interview process is hard/tedious.
