Weekends can be very busy in the spring time. If it is rainy you don't have many customers. Management is excellent. I learned a lot there is to know about gardening, plants, garden ornaments, lawn care, incects and pests. Sometimes standing at the front counter when it was slow was boring but the best part is seeing what the customers bought and being able to chat with them.

Order Center Supervisor (Current Employee) –  Minneapolis, MNMay 11, 2019
This is a fast paced business. If you like flowers and plants it is a great place to work. If you follow directions then you would do great. Need to be detail oriented and work well under pressure.
Pros
Great Benefits
Cons
Not good for independent thinkers.
