If you are not passionate about your job, you will hate it, you will get burned out, you will be unnoticed. IF you are passionate, the opposite occurs and you can rise into higher positions and will stay on the list of "who to keep". Trust me! Hard to get there, but if you're made for this type of business, you will strive!!! Love this company
Feeling like you could get let go any day for any reason or no reason at all. Corporate culture sets a constant reminder that everyone is replaceable.
Repetitive workload can be strenuous on the body after months of work. Management has bad feedback, but very approachable usually. A TON of walking, have to replace insoles or even shoes every other month or so.
