We provide all of our managers from year zero to year five 2 weeks of paid time off. This is one bucket of sick and vacation. At year five you accrue 3 weeks of paid time off. One week of paid time off is 50 hours in total.
As for hourly employees we do not have paid sick days, but we are flexible in terms of changing your schedule and working with other team members to get shifts covered.
Mooresville location has a no call out rule. If you don't get your shift covered or a doctor's note they fire you.
There is no policy. zero sick days
