Great location downtown, fast-paced environment.
There are *usually* annual Christmas bonuses and raises in May.
Those in management positions are more concerned with the work than their employees, this leaves advancement and finding new opportunities up to the employees. Gives the perception that we are machines instead of people.
The flexible schedule opportunity is great, if your manager "believes" in it. It's a company policy but at the discretion of the manager.
Nice office, flexible schedules/WFH
Management is not very concerned with the needs/growth of their direct reports
