Working at Bahama Breeze was by far the "easiest" restaurant I've ever worked at. Most drinks are pre-batched and served through a store and pour, and side work was simple and not time consuming at all. The structure for culture is competitively outlined but falls short upon exercising its beliefs. Work life balance can be found when all positions within the region are filled.
