It will continue to grow and expand because it’s geared toward hipsters and gentrification culture but it will also continue to be a revolving door. Because of this reviews from customers online will continue to decline and so will reviews from former employees.
The future is vast a bright. We're growing quickly and retention focused. I think employee contributions will be continually held in high regards and we'll need all hands on deck to be successful!
