Good place to work if you only want to work 4 days a week
Written by CDL Class A Driver (Current Employee) from Menomonee Falls, WI on April 19, 2019
I try to leave on my routes by 1 am. Most routes are 2 day routes.
I do not see most of the other drivers which is fine. for four years they couldn't get or keep drivers. so I got to work 60-65 hours a week.
New CEO and upper lackys pushed to overstaff drivers now it's tough to get 40 hours a week.
My leadership is good but they have to cowtow - more... to what California wants,
the work is hard and shoe horning a large trailer where it is not meant to go is stressful. But like anything anywhere you go there is good and less than.
Overall good experience. Time to go and work more hours. - less
ProsIt is what you make of it
Consshort hours
