I think I would have to see what you have to work with and go from there but having morning get together's to see what the other employees have concerns about
Actual meetings weekly, practice proper trainings, learn new methods every week, have employees participate in meetings to refresh everyone's knowledge, communicate that negativity on the floor is unexceptable and can lead to write ups or termination. Inform employees we are a team giving team effort to reach the store locations goals, that if one needs help we will help each other. Hand out forms to practice and fill out to inform company these duties are being conducted.
