Worst and worst company to work.

What is the best part of working at the company?I don’t see any. None. They don’t even care about you as employee despite you put more effort or not. Also, bureaucracy and no place to improve What is the most stressful part about working at the company? It’s all depend on what manager you get. If you have issues with manager, report immediately to HR or move away to different dept or resign. If not, good luck. Manager makes you work even non peak times and never approve leave despite they have unlimited vacation policyWhat is the work environment and culture like at the company?Again, none. They say that they respect all culture. Not good environment to work onWhat is a typical day like for you at the company?Desk job. Agile team. War rooms created and if you want to stay in this company , just simply nod your head. Don’t reply

Toxic Environment

Middle management are mostly looking out for themselves and how they can further their own careers. Abusive managers are not only tolerated, but promoted if they are buddies with their superior. Company core values are preached, but not practiced. Do not expect to move up or be given priority projects if you aren't willing to suck up or engage in office politics.

Agile and good place to work

Good place to work. Pay is very low. Getting promoted is very difficult and takes a long time. Old school company. Lack of international and multicultural environment.

Consistent Work, just in time management

Work is good, but scheduling could be greatly improved. Travel on Sundays with no pay or extra days off. Benefits and 401k match (9%) are good. Unlimited time off sucks.

Know what you're signing up for

Bad work-life balance, pay is good, don't expect quick career growth unless you get lucky, in that training courses are readily available, and managers are invested in you as an employee.

Great place to work

The job provides commendable support and offers ample opportunities for cross-training in various areas. The benefits are substantial and there's a healthy work-life balance. However, the prospects for upward mobility could be improved.
