Went for interview yesterday in KL, it was more like an exam instead of interview. Too many technical questions and no question on ability and skills. Was told that no training will be provided. Interviewer expects candidate to accept low increment and never leave the company. Didn't give satisfaction or assurance on why a potential candidate need to accept their offer.
