Great Managers
The managers are the only reason I am still sane. They actually care and help you when you are having issues, work or not. The actual work however is mind numbing. If you can't deal with having quotas that change everyday and never being on the same task for more than a month or two then not for you.

Started out great, quickly learned that it is just an incentive to get someone in the door. All employees were above and beyond, but management really needs to be reevaluated.
