Your senior management is in over their head. You/they have allowed too many dedicated, knowledgeable and loyal staff to be dismissed/reassigned. My advice: retool your team.
The CEO needs to step back and really take a look at the management. It’s very unfortunate that the caring has stopped and it is all about how much money they are putting in their own pockets and taking away from the people they are supposed to be serving.
Baker Victory services at one point in time was all about the happiness of the people they served as well as their employees. Somewhere down the line employees fell by the waist side.
