While working from home does provide convenience while still providing quality care, I most look forward to the days I get to see the staff and clients in person. Balance Point provides a sense of developing tangible change in the community!

Frequently, new staff members apply for positions or are contacted by one of our recruiters for an initial prescreen, moving through the prescreen one is then provided an initial interview. Based on the initial interview the applicant will be contacted by HR to schedule either to discuss a possible job offer or second interview based on the needs of the company.

Yes. They offer great benefits and have several office locations to work out of-which was helpful when I moved (and now telehealth too). This company is continuing to expand and adding new programs/services to offer our clients that fit the holistic approach to treatment. They have also been increasing the resources/support available to the clinicians, which has been helpful, especially with this past year.

yes they are hiring and no jobs were lost during the pandemic
