I just celebrated my 5 year anniversary with BALANI and am extremely proud to call this my career. I started off as a part-time receptionist and have since worked my way up to Marketing & Operations Coordinator. The CEO has mentored me along the way, giving me opportunities to hone-in on what I enjoy doing and am good at, and delegating tasks in which I do not thrive. On a typical day, I work one-on-one with the CEO, coming up with new marketing strategies, SEO techniques, and ways to continue to grow our company culture. I love my coworkers and we are all here to help each other and bring out the best in one another. Throughout the sales staff, I have never seen anyone take a cut-throat approach. This is a collaborative process, where veterans pair up with new hires to teach them tips, techniques, and best practices.
