Team work at noc shift.Increase rate was horrible.
Most charge nurses are helpful in taking care of the residents.Christmas party was a good way of gathering. Staff celebrated their birthday together in break time.It is difficult to call out when someone is call in.Nobody pick up .So staff had to call many times until one nurse pick up.For treat from the company with food ,never leave separate for noc.So we always saw left over food for noc.Anyway...

Terrible place to be
Management is so rude and ungrateful to the CNA’s. They constantly remind you that you are disposable. The DSD is always unavailable and incompetent. Save yourself and never go near this dump.

Fast place friendly environment
Amazing place to work friendly environment. Fast paced but a great place to move up and learn. The schedule is a 4/2 so weekends are rotated there are lots of incentives programs as well
