They are not honest, on the interview they do not tell you how much is actually your responsibility then when you start working there they give you all the other work they did not tell you about and they do nt pay well at all. I am glad I left.
They lie to you and tell you one thing and then do something completely different when you work there.
They are very nice during the interview. Each manager will coming to meet you. See what your level of selling is like. What they should tell you is that in the winter time if you’re applying for a sales position, that you will be cleaning snow off the cars. Everybody supposed to do it. They give you a snow rake, and go out there and clean off all the cars it takes most of the day until Nighttime and you’re not allowed to leave until it’s completed. The bigger the dealership, the more cars. Once in a while if you get a customer as an up you get to take that customer. You will have some salesmen that will disappear so they can get away with it and if they are the top sellers they most likely can. Also note that you are paid on a draw, and when you make commission you have to clear your draw before you collect any commission. Don’t expect to be paid for overtime because it will not happen, even if you work over 40 hours a week.
