Nice company at face value

The company is kidn and welcoming initially but it depends on who your manager is. If you are properly trained and attended to then you will do fine. Several cliques, if you don't fit in then you will feel alone. Uncomfortable work culture. Very catty.

Ball Homes is a great company to work for that's why I've worked there for years. With so many departments there is something for everyone. A team player environment that's open and supportive. I'm proud to work for such a wonderful family that gives so much back to the community.

best boss I've ever had

I have loved working at Ball Homes. I have a manager that has complete confidence in me to do my job, but is always available if I have questions. I feel valued and appreciated for the work I do. My opinions and suggestions are always considered and many times implemented. I truly feel like part of the Ball Homes family.
