Maybe you are not aware of the process of spending less by get rid of exprinced nurses and hire new grad nurses constantly. By doing so, the company save money but satisfied patient safety. This is policy that CEO invented, every nurse that worked in JCMC knows that. Mr. CEO can you deny that. I bet you do!!!
Nothing particular comes to mind when it comes to improvement. I can't imagine the weight he has to carry around on his shoulders 24/7, as the CEO of multi-million healthcare system. I understand that he can't be everywhere at once.
With that being said, I will mention this: it's truly amazing how positive reinforcement/recognition or even the smallest "thank you" (from a seniority, at the top of the ladder) can impact the work ethics and productivity, of a hardworking employee, in the workplace.
Other than that, I believe that he handles the challenging role as CEO, for the largest healthcare system in the region, with confidence, leadership, and professionalism.
I hope he keeps up the great work! :)

The CEO was great and he was a great listener. With a healthcare system this large it was hard to make changes at a quick response.
