Fire the whole Management team across the board. They're all very close friends who are just in it for the bonus money. Need peolple who actually know and have ran a bank. Not pencil pushers that never get hands on and just collect those big money bonuses.
They definitely need to establish a training program or actual workshop for new hires in all levels. Right now, they just throw you into your pile of work and there you will have to figure out everything yourself.
Stabilize the bank finances.
