All Bancroft employees who regularly work 20+ hours per week accrue paid time off. The amount of time that an employee is eligible for depends on their years of service, position category, and hours per pay. For example, a newly hired direct care employee who regularly works 40 hour per week would accrue 19 paid days off each year.
