Can be good or bad. Will really depend on the practice manager and head doctor(s). Benefits are top tier. Unfortunately they focus too much on numbers which can be stressful.

$ is the bottom line

High employee turnover, minimally trained support staff, production is the bottom line at the detriment of mental health. The pros are PTO, high salary, sign on bonuses.
