While I thought the management was great personally, the job itself just isn’t worth the money. There is rampant fraud. The general public is unbelievably rude. There are far too many rules and regulations to try to remember.

This company is one of the biggest banks in the world and worth more than you can imagine however they treat the employees like nothing when it comes to having their backs !! You’re going to work 10am - 7pm with some off days but they are going to push for overtime and won’t pay you more they promise things they never do!! The big bosses are rude and don’t give a hoot about the employees and you still get in trouble for doing your job after being spoken to like you’re a nobody from the customers ! You are not allowed to make mistakes in this company or there goes your job !! could be a good company if they cared another the employees more and have variety with scheduling

It has been short staffed for months on end and there is always turn over, it gets extremely stressful while short handed and the higher up won’t advocate to make it a little easier on the employees while dealing with so many things at once and having only 2 tellers on a line.

Being a client service specialist (teller) is not a hard job to do. They train you for that. There is much more to being a teller there that they don't train you on. Managers expect you to figure it out and if you don't know the answer you either have to figure it out on your own on policy tech, ask a co worker, or call back office for assistance. They only train you how to do teller transactions. Other than that you got to learn everything else on your own. Starting you had low limits ($500) so each time a customer would like to withdraw more than your set limit, would need a managers approval. Sometimes managers are at the branch for whatever reason, you would have to call another branch manager to get approval. Sometimes it would take a customer 10-15 minutes to get their money.Management is a mess with all these new managers coming in and out. Managers don't listen to you unless it benefits them. Managers and regional managers don't commutate very well. Coworkers and customers are nice though.I felt like there is no workplace culture. You just show up and assist customers as they come and go. If there is a job culture here it would be a "CYA" culture (cover your butt). There is no incentive to work hard or to push yourself. You would often preform roles that doesn't fit your job description for the same amount of pay. For example tellers learning to do banker roles. The hardest part of the job is finding something to do cause its not that busy. You get most of your task done quickly.The most enjoyable part of the job is going to lunch.
