It is a pretty decent place to work when you are starting out and need an entry level position! However, after so many years it is more difficult to maneuver around and get any cross training or even promotions and new opportunities unless you know someone from the inside to assist you. The compensation could be better especially for the workers who are the ones who truly move the company forward and give their all. The work/life balance is definitely lacking. You will see your coworkers more than your family. The company could definitely do better about having management in your department to give out recognition or incentives when you are showing quality work and production! You put your all into what you do for the company and most times you feel unseen!

I loved working at the location that I did because I was able to make so many connections with the people I worked with and also the clients. The only thing that made not give this 5 stars was the fact that it was hard to advance there.

Very lean team. Often required to work 6 days a week. Management was great, but little chance for growth. Fast paced to the point of being overwhelming.

If you’re planning to work for BOA, forget it. They promote who they want, it’s all political. New hires come in making more than you. And they ask you the veteran to train them. Lots of cold calls to customers to try to get them to come in the bank, calls calls and more calls to make everyday. It’s never enough. Management has favorites. Customers are awful especially the ones with a little bit of money. They think they are all that and a bag of chips. Long work days and no work life balance. The benefits are great and that’s about it.
