I had a bankrupcy and foreclosure 4 years prior, and was still hired. It is more about recent credit within the last couple of years.

I have terrible credit. I am a senior associate. No credit checks. They check to make sure you have no bank fraud, bad checks, judgements, write offs. But credit score or collections is irrelevant
