I have terrible credit. I am a senior associate. No credit checks. They check to make sure you have no bank fraud, bad checks, judgements, write offs. But credit score or collections is irrelevant

I thought you did have to have good credit to be in the banks since they do check your credit report and if you have any collections they will find it and investigate you and have you fax and show to proof to further employment. Was really shocking
