First you apply on the Bank of America Career site, then you will get a call back and they will do a quick over the phone interview and they will let you know if they would like to proceed with your job request. They will then schedule you a appointment to go into the office and meet with management, they are very nice and welcoming and yes it is more business than business casual. Make sure to smile and have a copy of your resume. Then they will let you know that they are going to review your application and they will either call you back or email you the status. If you are hired they will then call you and talk with you to set up your new schedule after training, and tell you your start date, but remember that is only if you pass the background check and etc. They will send you a email to do your background check, and the 1st part of your I9 and you would need to set a appointment for your 2nd part of your I9 and to get finger printed. Make sure to finish all of this before your start date or YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE START. So far I am still waiting for my information to come back I finished all of the above I start the 28th of May so I can let you know how the experience is after it all, if you have any questions feel free to ask me. Thank You

Apply online, next step you will have to do an online assessment, then you be contacted by telephone for an interview, personally I got called back around two weeks, at the phone interview if you pass they tell you and the next step is scheduling your interview with the bank manager and then once you have that interview you will be called by usually the same person who did your phone interview and told If you got the job

Currently a month. Interviewed 12/01 heard back 12/05, and the start date is 01/08. So everything needs to be complete in a few weeks...finger prints, I-9, background, etc.
