What is the interview process like at Bank of America?

Easy, phone and in person interview.

Very straight forward, it took less than 1 week to get hired.

Over the phone and in person. 2 interviews total.

It was professional.

I applied for the call center lending position. I had a phone interview, followed by an in person interview. Then I was called back for another interview with 2 managers. I was interviewed separately so a total of 4 interviews.

Direct Interview but need to go through contracting agency to be hired as consultant

Very extensive, thought provoking process. Truly care about their perspective employee's. Will go down as the best interview of my career
