Lending call center position - they asked why I wanted this position, asked about my experience in my current lending job, asked how many loans I closed, gave me a scenario about if I had a person who was applying who owned their own business, what documents would I request and need. They asked me what I don't like about my current jobs, and why I left my previous jobs. Asked if I was willing to work late night hours.
- I applied for Client Service Representative and had my one-one interview with the branch manager. -
- There are three parts of the interview:
+ The first one is generally asking about your experience, your previous careers to see who you are, what kind of experience that you have had.
+ The second part is asking about the current position that you are applying. What skills you think that is necessary for this position. Explain?
+ The third one is about play role game. There are three times of the role play.
- Along with the interview, my manager also explained a lot about the position that I'm applying.
Tell me about yourself, How would react...Tell me about a time...what steps did you take...out of all the banks why BoA! Behavioral questions!!!! Some roles the interviewer will have you role play.
How would you be a benefit to our company. Are you eligible to work overtime if needed, Do you have kids that would interrupt you being here , Can you work hours that we offer, If the pay what u were looking for
