If you enjoy working at a fast paced environment, then this is it. The benefits are great however pay could be better by far. Extremely underpaid position for all the requirements and the amount of knowledge that you need to have in order to help clients with their finances.

If individuals are great to work with the environment is better but no one is perfect and it’s called life. You can’t leave your head at home and it’s hard when someone says leave your problems at home. What is the best part of working at the company?The best part about working at Bank of America is their Benefits What is the most stressful part about working at the company?The worst part is their culture and climate. They set you up for failure then they write you up for it. They do not offer support and will use your talents to exploit you and their own selfish gain. They especially like young and naive people because they are easier to manipulate. They are also very dishonest and will promise things they never accomplish. The work life balance is HORRIBLE but they try to sell you on a healthy work life balance. Their overall culture is terribleWhat is the work environment and culture like at the company?True work environment is terrible. It’s not about what you know it’s about WHO you know. They will let people get away with breaking company policy if they are well connected or they are favored by higher ups but then fire people for doing less. Upper management offers no support except more demands and expectations.

Great company to work for, but management views don’t align with “policy” all the time.

Like the title says. The company itself offers great benefits and resources and they take employee concerns and health very seriously (physically and mentally) but management doesn’t always align with these “views.” I’ve had great managers and not so great managers. The great managers obviously got a better employee out or me.

give you all the tools to do your job and many benefits plenty of time to learn you can be transferred to different departments with your input but training is always given your associates are always enjoyable to be around and work with bank to be associated with you work days and hours can be changed without your input or agreement but the benefits are worth the unknowns

Working for Bank of America was one of the best jobs I have had. Because there are usually around 8 employees in a branch it feels more like family. We had a great team in our branch. And they were very encouraging when it came to advancing in your career.

Poor organizational culture, coaching and mentoring is seen as a disciplinary action rather than employee training and development in building confidence and morale of employees in a positive way. Coaching is negatively portrayed by managers.
